How long are the tours and what's the group size?
Standard group tours last 2.5 hours with a maximum of 8 participants. This intimate size ensures everyone receives personal attention and can easily hear the guide. Private tours can be customised for duration and group size up to 8 people.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Our tours run in most weather conditions as we incorporate indoor stops and covered areas. We provide recommendations for appropriate clothing and can adjust routes if needed. In extreme weather, we'll reschedule at no additional cost.
Are the tours suitable for children and elderly participants?
Yes, our walking tours are designed for moderate fitness levels and include regular stops. We can accommodate families and adjust the pace as needed. Please mention any mobility requirements when booking so we can ensure the best experience.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. Private tours require more notice for customisation. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on guide availability.
